BIO

He is a partner and director of Brandia in Mexico City, and his job is to create strategies for the correct conceptualization of big brands. Rafael is a great observer and is always looking for new trends to integrate into his designs; he is a great believer of teamwork and enjoys sharing his experience with clients and collaborators.

Rafael was Creative Director of Interbrand Mexico and has worked on many successful projects with top-level clients in Mexico and Latin America, such as Televisa, ING, Banreservas, La Europea, Sigma, Oxxo, Wal-mart, Grupo Herdez, Banco Uno, Basham and Mexicana de Aviación, among others. He also worked on the creation and redesign of brands such as Aeroméxico, Televisa Brands Group and Grupo Posadas. In “Re Brand 100” he was recognized for the redesign project of Cinépolis, and has received several awards in different graphic design competitions throughout his career.

He studied at La Salle University in Mexico City and was also trained under the tutelage of André Gürtler of the University of Basel in Switzerland and Paula Scher of Pentagram New York. In 2001, he worked in Antwerp, Belgium in Sensoa-Counseling, where he had the opportunity to work on several corporate identity projects. In recent years he has participated in various courses in art history, curatorship and museology.

His work has been published in multiple mediums, both digital and print.

He is currently part of the board of SOMA Mexico, and teaches various subjects at “Centro de Diseño Cine y Televisión” of Mexico City.

She knows that brands are the heart of companies; that’s why she always works with passion, maintaining a balance between the logical and creative sides, committing herself 100% to each client. Aware of the constant change in the world, she always seeks to keep up with the new trends and to continuously humanize the brands she works with.  

Jacinta worked at Interbrand Mexico on a variety of projects, from identity development and product packaging to its implementation, involving herself from the beginning strategic phases.

Some of the most important clients with whom she has worked are: Telmex, ING, Grupo Herdez, La Europea, Grupo Ambrosía, Rotoplas, Unilever, Televisa, among others.  

She graduated in Visual Communication Design at Centro de Diseño, Cine y Televisión. She has also completed the "Design of Tomorrow Degree" at Centro de Diseño, Cine y Televisión. 

She has launched and co-created multiple personal projects around sustainability, community and women's rights, such as: Stand Together, @corre.gir, @dos_seis_uno, @todassomosuna.1

Jacinta got certified as a meditation teacher at The Mindry, Malibu in 2021 and she teaches meditation workshops and hosts spiritual circles: @jacinta.lanz
